Technician, Alex was on time, uniformed, great attitude, not pushy with up-selling services so I didn’t feel hassled. Carpet Cleaning was the best we’ve ever had. Stains came out that I thought would be impossible!

Had a little rough start, Ms Dee Dee, called with a follow up apologizing for the past. Very sincere. We set up an appointment, not knowing it was for service (NOT COMPLAINING) nevertheless Anthony came out in a timely manner and was very informative communicate very well looking very professional I may add. Very informative regarding the difference options for our carpet and his expert opinion of what it needed. He provided very professional service and gave us exactly what we asked for. Timothy was amazing! We booked with him for 2:00 pm, and he was able to come early! He explained the entire process to us and helped us pick the right package for our house.
